Responsible for providing overall customer service, data entry and maintaining relationships of existing customers to manage and increase sales volume.

  • Receive and process quote packages including drawing interpretation. Recommend pricing.
  • Enter orders, both process-only and source and supply orders requiring inventory purchases.  Enter new part numbers into system for proper reporting.  Enter customer expedite requests.
  • Represents Nylok at various trade show activities.
  • Manage incoming orders, track progress and oversee product shipments through IQMS system.
  • Follow-up on customer quotes and product sample orders as assigned by Business Development Managers or Operations Managers.
  • Respond to requests from customers for information; contact customers regarding orders that are ready-to-ship.
  • Provide technical support to customers as necessary.
  • Plan and prioritize schedule to meet goals established annually by the GM/BUM.
  • Update Production Schedule as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • This is a Monday- Friday in office position. The salary range to start is between $70,000+ sales incentive to start, depending on experience.

POSITION QUALIFICATION:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years similar experience in a manufacturing environment.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of various computer applications.
