Your role

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and growing your own sales territory. You translate the Kramp strategy into concrete actions, build strong value‑based customer relationships and maximize turnover and margin through tailored solutions.

Your specific tasks include:

  • Developing and executing a clear growth strategy for your territory in line with the local Kramp strategy
  • Managing, growing and qualifying your customer base, including creating account plans for key customers
  • Identifying customer needs and market opportunities, translating them into tailored offers and solutions
  • Actively working with Kramp sales processes to win, keep and grow customers
  • Realizing sales targets and relevant KPIs, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction

Your team

You will be part of the local Sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Director Croatia & Slovenia . You work closely with Customer Specialists and colleagues from other departments to deliver the best solutions for our customers. The team operates locally, while collaborating closely with international colleagues across Europe
