Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end account management across integrated campaign workstreams, ensuring delivery quality, timeline control, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Translate business and campaign objectives into clear internal direction across Creative, Strategy, Production, Digital, and partner teams.

  • Manage high-volume campaign activity simultaneously; balancing priorities, dependencies, approvals, and execution timelines.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication, responsiveness, and strong operational control.

  • Drive collaboration across internal functions to ensure work moves efficiently from briefing to final delivery.

  • Anticipate risks, identify gaps early, and maintain momentum across projects in fast-paced environments.

  • Support senior account leadership in strengthening long-term client partnership and business continuity.

A Bit About You

  • At least 8 years of experience in Account Management within multinational creative, integrated, or advertising agencies.

  • Proven experience handling complex, high-demand client portfolios with multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of integrated campaign workflows across brand, activation, digital, content, and production.

  • Highly structured and organized, with strong control over timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder management.

  • Able to communicate with clarity and confidence across both clients and internal teams.

  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and able to maintain execution quality in fast-moving environments.

  • Open to handling regulated-category accounts, including alcohol-category clients as part of the portfolio.
