About you:

You’re someone who loves building brilliant customer relationships.

You’re passionate about helping customers success with their software, and ideally, you’ve got experience in SaaS solutions. Perhaps you’ve worked in Construction, Engineering, Home Building or Service sectors – even better if you know your way around construction software! You’ll be a self-starter with bags of energy and a can-do attitude – and you love a challenge. You can think on your feet and work brilliantly on your own initiative. You’re always learning and you enjoy helping others to grow too.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Build strong customer relationships and drive growth - get to know your customers’ business inside out, manage your portfolio of accounts and spot opportunities to introduce them to Access solutions that’ll help them succeed.
  • Hit your sales targets with confidence – achieve business goals by creating compelling proposals and managing the full sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Become an Access solutions expert – develop deep product knowledge, working alongside our Support & Services teams to ensure maximum value for customers’ solutions.
  • Champion customer engagement and generate opportunities – through webinars, events, exhibitions, and case studies, whilst using our tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Customer Success Portal) to stay connected with customers and create new leads.

Your skills and experiences might also include:  

  • An ability to work dynamically and at pace to grow as new products or new acquisitions are added to the portfolio
  •  Developing positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients.
  •  An ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization, using excellent communication & time management skills and a strong aptitude for prioritizing your work.
  • Capability to be persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts.
  • Proficient technology skills, specifically with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Social Selling and Market mapping.
