 Right now, we are working on an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager, Victoria with experience servicing the Healthcare, Aged Care & FoodPro segments to join our business as an integral member of our Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) sales team, responsible for maintaining and building market share within a highly competitive portfolio within Melbourne.


Reporting to our Group Account Manager, you will deliver against sales and profit targets by securing and growing accounts through the execution of a strategic industry sales plan. Utilising a consultative, high-touch sales approach you will consult with your clients to understand business needs and challenges to identify buying behaviour and value drivers, in order to sell-in products and solutions.


Working with an existing customer base, you will be tasked to add sales breadth to your portfolio as well as identify, pipeline and win new clients to KCP. You will work in partnership with our distributor partners to develop strong relationships with targeted clients, working in parallel to jointly close sales when relevant. Building a deep network of relationship at different touch-points within your customer accounts, you will utilize a variety of digital tools to identify leads and business opportunities.

You’ll be a highly motivated self-starter that is hungry to make a real impact across K-C. You will have considerable experience working within Healthcare, Aged Care & FoodPro segments within a similar role/environment and the ability to develop outstanding relationships as a trusted advisor to key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.


You are a seasoned sales professional with account management, sales and business development experience within a B2B sales or corporate sales environment. Your experience selling within Healthcare, Aged Care, and food production industries will be highly regarded. You utilise a solutions focused and relationship driven sales approach, and have highly developed communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with using data to plan your sales approach, you will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and account specific KPI’s.


A strong relationship builder, you have an ability to influence and develop business within existing accounts. Possessing a growth mindset, you are passionate about providing a solutions focused sales approach to your clients, personal sales development and are open to receiving constructive feedback.


Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience of sales, B2B and/or distribution experience desired, but not essential
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications
  • Proven experience using video technology to engage potential sales targets
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Business planning and tactical execution, including profitability scenario analysis, setting sales strategy and driving initiatives
  • Building and managing internal and external customer relationships
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Problem-solving, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to conduct virtual webinars and training sessions
  • Should have experience in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other common computer software such as PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams, Zoom, Outlook, Power BI
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and financial metrics
  • Work independently to create and drive compelling strategic business plans while working in a team-selling environment
