The Opportunity
Growth creates opportunity. We’re seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to fully own a portfolio of landscaping clients and serve as their trusted advisor. This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will anticipate needs, solve problems, and drive both retention and growth.

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Own client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact

  • Solve issues quickly to ensure long-term satisfaction

  • Partner cross-functionally with account admins, market managers, and vendors

  • Oversee work orders and ensure seamless service delivery

  • Maintain contract, pricing, and client data accuracy

  • Support billing integrity and vendor coordination

  • Lead renewals, upsells, and expansion discussions

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews when requested

  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities within client landscapes

This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Client Success.

  • Client retention and net revenue retention

  • Account growth and upsell performance

  • Client satisfaction

  • Timely resolution of client concerns

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience

  • Landscaping or green industry knowledge preferred

  • Strong client-facing and contract management experience

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of retention and growth

  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional collaboration

  • Proficiency in Excel and strong general technology aptitude

  • AI-friendly mindset and comfort adopting new tools

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay Range

$70000 - $80000 per year

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience
  • Landscaping or green industry knowledge
