Job Description

Schedule: Full-time | Standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) with flexibility during peak times. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prospect, develop, and close new customer accounts while growing and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Build strong partnerships with customers and carriers to ensure consistent, reliable freight movement.
  • Quote freight and negotiate rates to balance profitability with competitive market pricing.
  • Manage shipments from pickup through delivery, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining service standards.
  • Take full ownership of performance and results, driving revenue growth through accountability and execution.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (we value skills and performance over formal education). 

Experience 

  • 3PL experience preferred.
  • Sales experience and account development are a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with TMS platforms a plus.

Pay/Benefits/Perks

  • $24-25/hr + Commission
  • Incentives tied to performance
  • PTO that grows with tenure: accrue up to 5 days in the first year; 2 weeks’ vacation + 1 week PTO at your first anniversary
