About the Role: 
We are looking for an Account Manager who will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. What You Will Do:
Sales Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the District Sales Manager to develop sales opportunities within the assigned market.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Lead account growth strategy and provide regular updates to the District Sales Manager.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights to create new sales initiatives.
  • Launch new stores, engaging all stakeholders and training all staff.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive relationship.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with accounts to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed assigned revenue growth and retention targets.
Account Maintenance:
  • Ensure timely contract delivery and resolution of any logistical issues.
  • Maintain accurate account records in Salesforce, including customer information, communications, and sales activity.
  • Monitor and track key account metrics, such as GMV growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
Team Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (e.g., merchant support, finance, and customer service) to ensure smooth account management.
  • Support the District Sales Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in team meetings to share account updates and contribute to strategic planning.

Who You Are:
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Sales Account Executive or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision 
  • Familiarity with sales processes and strategies.

Where You Will Work: 
This position is remote.
Salary: 
The base for this position is $55,000 a year.  DigniFi salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job-related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience. Please note that the compensation details listed in postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonuses or benefits.
