职能描述:

独立负责指定广东线下流通渠道及零售卖场客户的销售工作，达成消费品部产品销售目标；

运用优秀的销售技巧开展工作并取得持续良好的销售成果。

对客户、潜在客户及同事具有管理及领导才能。

具体职责:

• 负责消费品部相关产品在广东线下零售流通渠道及卖场渠道的销售工作并达成销售目标；
• 了解销售目标，并在经理的协助下设计销售方案并进行自我管理；
• 执行部门制定的市场策略和计划，积极主动地向主管汇报市场信息和市场对公司产品性能的反馈信息；
• 管理指定区域内的销售渠道，独立开发新的渠道；
• 向客户及潜在客户介绍公司产品和服务项目，为客户及经销商鉴别并提供适当的销售支持；
• 独立处理客户投诉；
• 完成主管指派的其他工作。

基本要求:

• 大学本科或以上学历；
• 八年以上跨国公司快销品行业销售或业务开发经验；
• 对相关市场的客户及其需求有相当充分的了解；
• 优秀的沟通能力、说服力、销售技巧和计划制定能力；
• 优秀的时间和区域管理能力；
• 相当的领导能力
• 优秀的解决问题能力
• 良好的英语听说读写能力；
• 良好的计算机操作技能。

优先条件:

• 有优秀的分析能力者优先；
• 有战略发展思想者优先。
