Build and manage long-term relationships with VIP customers, delivering personalized and exceptional experiences;
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring proactive communication about exclusive promotions, events, and offers;
Develop and execute strategic retention plans, leveraging data and insights to enhance engagement and loyalty;
Resolve high-priority client issues quickly and professionally, coordinating with internal teams to ensure top-tier service;
Analyze VIP activity and betting behavior, identifying trends and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and lifetime value;
Collaborate with VIP CRM, BI, Customer Support, and Team Leads to optimize processes and share actionable customer insights;
Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies in every interaction;
Represent us at select VIP events, with openness to occasional travel.
Proven experience in Account Management, VIP Customer Management, or similar roles (iGaming or Sports Betting experience preferred);
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data, KPIs, and customer trends;
Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written) and Fluent Spanish;
Proficiency with CRM systems, communication platforms, and reporting tools;
- Customer-first mindset, capable of working flexible hours to support VIP needs and attend events when required.
Charismatic and emotionally intelligent, able to build genuine trust with high-value clients;
