Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to effectively position Cloudinary's solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices for media management and optimization.
- Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in account management or sales roles within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages spoken in the EMEA or APAC region is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
