Job Purpose:

Our Account Manager will be th liaison between customers and cross functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Role is responsible for the management and development of client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients, while assuring focus on key client objectives and delivering appropriate resources.

Job Responsibilities:

● Serve as the single point of contact for the client and provide service that exceeds expectations, measured through client scorecard and assessed in quarterly business reviews. 
● Responsible for account management and meeting day to day needs of client. 
● Strengthen relations with key clients by establishing/maintaining communications and protocols. 
● Establish client account plan and implement quarterly business reviews. 
● Set sales targets and specific performance metrics that are aligned with business strategies.
● Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost our brand awareness.
● Work with finance, sourcing, and other internal departments to ensure all client goals are being met (budget, timelines, media performance, and client reporting). 
● Analyze results, industry information and competitive landscape to identify trends and determine the appropriate marketing strategy for each campaign, both domestic and international.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

● Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs. 
● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, negotiate and influence credibility effectively at all levels of the organization, including C suite. 
● Proven account management or related experience. 
● Experience with print production/packaging and working knowledge of production materials, preferred. 
● Up to 25% travel, required.

Work Experience:

● 3-5 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.● Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).● Strong planning and organization skills are required.

Education:

● Bachelor's Degree Preferred
