About the role:


As we continue to enhance our current product offerings and explore new business opportunities, we are looking for a new Account Manager. The core responsibility of our newly formed Account Management team will be to transform new business deals into enduring partnerships. We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager who excels at fostering client relationships and achieving KPIs. 


What You’ll Do:  

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients and game providers, building and maintaining strong relationships with them.   
  • Have good negotiation skills and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
  • Collect available promotions from our game providers, prepare the roadmap of them, and share them with our clients.
  • Understand and communicate the technical aspects of our products and services to clients and game providers.  
  • Support and guide clients and game providers during the integration process by collecting all the required information to kick off the process.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that partners’ needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and to specification.   
  • Provide support to clients, game providers and ensure that their requirements are met promptly and effectively. 
  • Provide regular reports and updates to our partners, and to the head of account management on account status and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and provide guidance and advice to clients on how to leverage them to achieve their goals.
  • Understand and communicate the commercial aspects of our products and services to clients and game providers.  

About You:

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional account management in a previous role is a strong advantage.  
  • You are a tech-savvy individual with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with Atlassian suite (or similar systems), coupled with excellent administrative skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and proactively while also thriving in a team environment. 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Fluency in Spanish is considered a plus.   
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory. 
  • A professional and responsible approach to work. 
  • A commercial and strategic mindset, along with a strong motivation to achieve KPIs.
