As an Account Manager at Minitab, you will be the primary point of contact for prospects and customers within your assigned territory—either by geography or industry vertical. You’ll operate within a collaborative, team-based selling environment to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts.
Your responsibilities will include driving revenue through new business development (including new logos, upselling, cross-selling, and services), as well as managing renewals. Success in this role requires building strong customer relationships, which will be measured by customer satisfaction, referenceability, Net Promoter Scores, and growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage relationships across assigned accounts
Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities
Drive renewals and expand customer footprint through upsell and cross-sell efforts
Partner with internal teams to deliver value and ensure customer success
Track and improve customer engagement and satisfaction metrics
Qualifications:
2–3 years+ of experience in inside sales, customer success, or business development within the IT industry
Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas or measurable objectives
Background in business intelligence or statistical analytics is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate or technical college degrees also considered
