What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to person for our clients every day, helping them with things like starting contracts, delivering what’s promised, reporting on progress, and sorting out invoices.
- Develop and manage B2B outreach marketing campaigns, content strategies, and SEO initiatives alongside SDRs, researchers, copywriters, designers, and SEO specialists.
- Oversee internal processes to ensure seamless client delivery, including task creation, monitoring, QA, and reporting.
- Work towards key performance metrics like Client Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Upsell/Cross-Sell Rate, and NPS/client happiness.
You’re Our Kind of Person If You:
- Have Advanced English (C1-C2) – You’ll be working with clients in the US & EU.
- Bring 1-2+ years of B2B Account Management experience, with a focus on foreign markets.
- Have hands-on experience with cold outreach (Email + LinkedIn).
- Know the USA market inside and out.
- Have a background in digital marketing, email marketing, PR, content marketing, or B2B sales (a plus).
- Are a strong presenter, able to communicate complex ideas to corporate decision-makers.
- Excel at building and maintaining long-term client relationships, including with enterprise-level accounts.
- Have management experience (a bonus!).
