What You Will Do
- Sell complex solutions to multiple stakeholders within our non acute market
- Serve as the lead point of contact for an already established book of business
- Build and maintain strong long lasting client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor
- Consultative selling on both on the phone, and face-to-face sales with complex buyers that have multiple decision makers
- Demonstrate issue resolution skills
- Take lead on contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits
- Owning the vision / translating our company’s mission effectively
- Collaborating across multiple departments to provide right-fit customer solutions
Our Ideal Candidate
- Effective time-management and lead-management skills | self-driven, disciplined record-keeping
- Works well within a team environment, collaborative and with a competitive spirit
- Effective skills in using modern technology. Experience in Salesforce is preferred
- Previous experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals is a plus
- 1+ years previous sales and customer service experience
- The ability to thrive in both a team environment and as a sole contributor
- Can demonstrate active listening skills and critically consult your client based upon multiple criteria
- Able to adjust to changing conditions on multiple fronts both internal and external.
- Work hard/Play hard mentality
