Primary Job Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the off-site construction sector.

  • Build and maintain a network of potential clients through research, networking events, and industry connections.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve target revenues and market share.

Client Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate off-site construction solutions.

  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to discuss progress, address any concerns, and gather feedback.

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure client expectations are met and overall project success.

Sales and Marketing

  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of off-site construction.

  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, such as brochures, case studies, and website content.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads.

Account Administration

  • Maintain accurate client records, including contact details, interactions, and sales activities, using a CRM system.

  • Track and report on sales performance, forecasting future revenue opportunities and potential risks.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities or potential challenges.

Required Education/ Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an account manager or sales representative in the construction industry, preferably with knowledge of off-site construction.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

 Required Skillsets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and be able to address any issues or concerns that arise.

  • Strong organizational skills to be able to manage multiple accounts and projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.

  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement.

  • Good understanding of construction processes and procedures and stay up to date on technology and best practices.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
