Your Opportunity: Travel Tags, a branch of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Account Manager to join the team! In this position, you will be the primary contact in providing professional customer service to clients while following live projects through the production process! You will be focused on products such as gift cards, direct mail, and healthcare products.
Your Responsibilities:

Oversee the product flow throughout the production process, ensuring that our customers are getting the best quality production possible!

Communicate with customers on a regular basis and update them on any status changes.

Lead and attend regular meetings with clients to discuss orders, situations, or forecasting opportunities.

Prepare job details and purchase order information for production.

Review and approve of price estimates on purchase orders for the Billing Department.

Partner with Sales, Production, and IT when necessary.

Coordinate with Implementation team to ensure all required jobs accounted for before hand-off to production or new customer set up.
You Must Have:
-
Two-year college degree or higher in business, business admin or other related field.

2+ years of experience working with a professional client base.

Previous project management and/or leadership experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55,000 – $60,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
