Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our Non-Profit Team at Acrisure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry and a passion for working with non-profit organizations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with non-profit clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.

• Develop and implement tailored insurance programs and risk management solutions for non-profit organizations.

• Day to Day contact with clients performing policy changes, reporting claims, billing questions, proofs of insurance and routine tasks.

• Ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns or inquiries promptly.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to non-profit organizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on non-profit organizations.

• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

• Professional designations such as CIC, CISR, or CRM are a plus.
