Your Opportunity:
Taylor Warehouse & Fulfillment is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in one of our three locations: Grove City, OH, Monroe Township (Cranbury), NJ, or Lithia Springs, GA!
Your Responsibilities:

Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts

Resolves customer issues/problems, researches and makes recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales

May assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, quotes or negotiations

Increase customer satisfaction

Retain accounts
-
Identify needs and consult on solutions
-
Process and plan customer jobs

Customer job/project management
We Would Prefer:
-
Bachelors degree or its equivalent in education and work experience
-
2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
-
Someone familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
-
Ability to plan and accomplish goals
