Major Duties & Responsibilities :

To manage, direct and monitor the sales and marketing operations of Ortho Thailand in the territories and other specific accounts assigned in compliance with strategies set forth by the Business Unit Manager and Country Manager to achieve and exceed the sales and financial targets and the business objectives in the Annual Operating Plan.

To construct and project monthly sales forecast for each Ortho product line and for each account, as well as constantly monitor and measure the progress of all the accounts assigned.

To monitor and be accountable for the sales performance of each product line of Ortho and each assigned specific accounts and territories.

To regularly provide the Business Unit Manager reports on all market situation, competitor and customer activities, sales projections/forecasts, sales activities with prospective accounts as well as the general and detailed sales performance in all the assigned accounts and territories.

To manage contract compliance, maintain and develop new business from existing clients and add up new business from new clients.

Sales Performance VS. Targets in Annual Operating Plan: to meet and exceed 100% Sales Achievement Sales Force Effectiveness: Market Mapping, Funnel Progression, Account Maintenance, Forecasting

Regularly provide the National Sales Manager reports on all market situation, competitor and customer activities, sales projections/forecasts, sales activities with prospective accounts as well as the general and detailed sales performance in all the assigned accounts and territories.

Clear and effective client communication and deliver positive customer experience

Reporting Ortho product complaints within 24 hours of awareness.
Other Duties :

Maintenance and regular updates of SFDC data particularly to opportunities closing in the next 90 days.

Prepare and update Bluesheet for G3 accounts.

Arrange and conduct Marketing activities in collaboration with the CCT.

Perform EBRs at least once a year to Top 5-10 accounts in the assigned territory.

Qualifications :

Minimum Education or Equivalent Experience Required / Preferred - Preferably a graduate of BS in Medical Technology

Minimum Years of Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required / Preferred - Minimum 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in Medical Device Industry
