Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio and delivering of about 800 customer’s visit per year fully
documented in CRM
- Deliver net turnover and any other sales targets, taking corrective action when result materially deviates from expected
- Definition of merchant’s contract conditions (within the guidelines received) and deliver
of account specific contractual obligations
- Improve merchants knowledge and expertise with our services
- Improve and maintain good relationships with local stakeholders (Customs, Airports, Tax authorities)
- Mixture of farming and hunting (85/15)
Main KPI’s
- Maximize TFS business
- Document in CRM all merchant’s specific information and activity done
- Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion and action
- Action plans and store visits in line with company segmentation model
- Proactive contribution to current projects
Competencies
- Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach sales targets
- 3-5 years of sales experience, experience in selling services (e.g. financial/payment services) preffered
- Business contacts of benefit Skills
- Self-motivated, customer focused, and target driven
- Good customer relationship and management

Qualifications and education requirements
- Completed academic study or proof of similar qualification
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Experience in retail or financial services is additional plus
- Knowledge of payments (especially acquiring) is preffered
- Know-how and preferably network in B2B, payment and retail
- Fluent Croatian and English language - both verbal and written
