About the role

We are looking for someone to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

The environment is fast paced, varied and exciting and we are looking for someone who is energetic, creative and passionate about the content industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and align our services to meet their needs.
  • Anticipate and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.
  • Develop account plans and strategies for each client, outlining key goals, objectives, and action steps.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client requests, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communications or any related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Detailed oriented, excellent planning and analytical skills.
  • Willing to embrace new technology and social media. 
  • The ability to deal with client’s needs and turn them around quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite.
