Your Opportunity: Travel Tags/Card Fulfillment Services, a branch of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Account Manager to join the team in North Mankato, MN! In this position, you will be the primary contact in providing professional customer service to clients while following live projects through the production process! You will be focused on products such as gift cards, direct mail, and healthcare products.
Your Responsibilities:

Oversee the product flow throughout the production process, ensuring that our customers are getting the best quality production possible!

Communicate with customers on a regular basis and update them on any status changes.

Lead and attend regular meetings with clients to discuss orders, situations, or forecasting opportunities.

Prepare job details and purchase order information for production.

Review and approve of price estimates on purchase orders for the Billing Department.

Partner with Sales, Production, and IT when necessary.

Coordinate with Implementation team to ensure all required jobs accounted for before hand-off to production or new customer set up.
You Must Have:
-
Two-year college degree or higher in business, business admin or other related field.

2+ years of experience working with a professional client base.

Previous project management and/or leadership experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
