- Direct management of a portfolio of factoring relationships, including account performance oversight
- Responsible for all aspects of client relationship management
- Analyze and process funding requests
- Address account issues or concerns with clients
- Train clients on utilization of online portals and CFI's funding submission procedures
- Expedite transactions to provide clients quick access to funds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- A positive and entrepreneurial attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
- Ability to read and spread financial statements
- Attention to Detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field a plus
