Senior Account Manager

For our fast-growing online marketplace team, we are looking for an Senior Account Manager to service and further develop our customers in the Nordic region. 

As Account Manager at Incubeta, you will be responsible for delivering strategic excellence across our key accounts on online marketplaces such as Amazon as well as driving sales to new customer leads in the Nordic region. You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ business objectives, the digital marketplace, our agency services and building client relationships in delivering exceptional marketing solutions that exceed expectations. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how to build and nurture strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a more integrated customer/agency partnership.

You will form teams with other Marketplace and Advertising specialists in close collaboration with our Account Management team. Together with them, you have your own portfolio of customers, where you are the first point of contact and are responsible for achieving the KPIs and your customers' success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Advise our existing and prospective customers in delivering the most impactful and efficient strategies and help them analyze the data, trends and performance 
  • Project management
  • Identify sales/upselling opportunities as well as business challenges and adding strategic experience to our customers in order for them to grow their business
  • Actively run sales, customer and team meetings
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality and progress of ongoing consultancy projects such as migrations, new customer setups 
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other internal teams and international teams to deliver cohesive and effective client solutions


The talent we are looking for

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a digital marketing environment, ideally within an agency setting and with proven experience working in a client-facing role
  • Amazon knowledge is considered advantageous but not mandatory
  • Has completed a higher education
  • Detailed-oriented, structured and strong in project management and communication skills with the ability to translate customer needs to deliver high level of satisfaction
  • Results-oriented mindset, constantly striving to achieve and exceed customer’s goals
  • Is motivated to work with sales
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, goal-oriented and team-player
  • Fluent in Danish and English
