The employee has the opportunity to sit in either Ohio or Troy, Michigan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success, motivation, and professional development.
- Identify new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt strategies and secure a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products to meet customer expectations.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
