The Role
Drive sales growth and new business development for Tektronix test and measurement solutions across strategic semiconductor and Aerospace/Defense accounts. Manage enterprise relationships, develop territory and account plans, identify applications, exceed sales targets, and guide opportunities from prospecting through closure. Collaborate with application engineering, marketing, service teams, and channel partners while building executive-level customer relationships and traveling frequently within the assigned territory.

Position summary
Drive sales growth and new business development for Tektronix test and measurement solutions across strategic accounts in the semiconductor and Aerospace/Defense segments, including SK Group and Hanwha, by building executive-level relationships and partnering with internal teams and channel partners.
 
Key Responsibilities
Manage strategic accounts including SK hynix and SK Group affiliates.
Develop business in the Aerospace/Defense segment, including Hanwha Systems, Hanwha Aerospace, LIG D&A, and related Tier2 accounts.
Build strong customer relationships and drive opportunities from development to closure in collaboration with internal teams and channel partners.
Exceed sales targets for the assigned territory and accounts.
Develop and execute Territory and Account Sales Plans focused on sustained revenue growth.
Develop a deep understanding of customer organizations, including departments, functions, strategies, and key projects.
Build and maintain relationships with key executives (Managers, Directors, VPs) across target accounts.
Identify and pursue new and existing applications for Tektronix / Keithley / EA solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Application Engineers(AE), marketing, service team and also channel partners to accelerate business growth.
 
Qualifications
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to develop new business in competitive and emerging markets.
Fully developed technical and tactical sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers).
Strong business acumen, with excellent time and territory management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with business-level English proficiency.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and a quick learner and self-starter.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Ability to travel frequently within the territory for customer engagement.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated success in T&M business, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Extensive experience in channel partner management and accelerating revenue growth, including developing and executing channel sales strategies.
Experience in key account sales and Aerospace/Defense segment business.
Experience managing large enterprise accounts and building executive-level relationships.
