We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Risk Management Broking Team. This role will be based in Shenzhen.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage a portfolio of Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiry.
  • Understand clients risk exposure and use Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions and with expand current client portfolio with new products and Marsh services.
  • Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with the colleague and main markets, develop and explore new local business opportunities from both inside and outside.
  • Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables.
  • Responsible for implementation of the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts.
  • May coordinate, train and supervise the activities of Insurance Assistants or Client representative

What you need to have: 

  • At least 3 years of professional experience (preferably industry experience). Casualty insurance related work experience is preferred.
  • Be able to deal with complex situations or issues.
  • Possess developed insurance brokerage, account management and servicing skills and performs client executive duties within the local market place.
  • Bachelor Degree in insurance or business discipline or above.
  • Must have excellent oral and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of company-sanctioned e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software, as well as in-house, proprietary financial and sales-reporting systems, and navigation within the Internet.
  • Fluent English spoken and written ability.
