As an Account Manager at FE fundinfo, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients while developing a strong understanding of their businesses, challenges, and goals. You’ll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships, identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, and work across Sales, Product and Data teams to deliver tailored solutions. This is a role where your commercial judgement, client focus and ability to understand complex products can directly influence both customer success and business growth.

Your key responsibilities as an Account Manager will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting retention and growth across those accounts.
  • Understanding client needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions and ensuring clients maximise the value of FE fundinfo’s products and services.
  • Identifying, qualifying and progressing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintaining accurate pipeline information and supporting revenue growth.
  • Managing contract renewals, pricing discussions, amendments and cancellations, ensuring all client activity, actions and opportunities are accurately recorded in Salesforce.
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product and Data teams to deliver effective client solutions, support new business activity and achieve positive commercial outcomes.
  • Monitoring account performance, pipeline activity and client risks while maintaining strong product, industry and market knowledge.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Account Manager:

  • You will have 1–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, relationship management, pre-sales or a similar client-facing commercial role.
  • You will have experience working with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities and recommend solutions that deliver value.
  • You will have strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will have an interest in financial services and technology, with experience in financial software, data feeds, APIs or similar solutions being an advantage.
  • You will be commercially minded and proactive, with the confidence to identify opportunities, improve processes and build long-term client relationships.
