Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll achieve KPI’s agreed with the line manager and report progress on a weekly/monthly basis as required and agreed.
- You’ll plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims and update relevant information held in Salesforce.
- You’ll achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
- You’ll achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
- You’ll manage multiple aspects of the business, including dealing with customer problems.
- You’ll establish a strong working relationship with your peers.
- You’ll support your manager with achieving pre planned budgets/targets.
- You’ll manage the pipeline accurately ensuring the line manager has/you have accurate forecasting to report back to the Sales director.
- You’ll maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- You’ll maximise revenue generation of existing and new customers through upselling the company’s product catalogue and maximising contract length and value.
- You’ll respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- You’ll communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- You have 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales
- You have experience in holding presentations/demos – either face to face or online
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment: you’re used to high volumes of KPIs
- You have excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- You have experience of working with a CRM system.
- You’re Highly Motivated & Target driven.
- You’re proactive, confident and can take decisions fast.
- You have Account Management & Upselling skills/experience.
