Position Overview

As an Account Manager at SiGMA World, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing relationships with our partners and clients across the iGaming sector. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities to maximize client value, coordinating sponsorship and exhibition participation, and ensuring an outstanding client experience throughout the partnership. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven professional who understands the iGaming ecosystem and enjoys building long-term partnerships while driving client satisfaction and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive event participation and sponsorship revenue.
  • Identify, engage, and close deals with key players in iGaming (operators, affiliates, suppliers).
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers to drive repeat business.
  • Negotiate sponsorships, exhibition spaces, and partnerships.
  • Represent SiGMA at global conferences and networking events (travel involved).
  • Keep up with industry trends and provide feedback to enhance event content.
  • Own client relationships and act as the link between customers and internal teams.
  • Deliver product presentations and guide clients through our offerings.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships by understanding client needs.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights internally.
  • Support and lead clients during exhibitions and events.
  • Manage client accounts before and during shows.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Any other task assigned by the line manager.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the iGaming, tech, or events/exhibitions industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience growing client accounts, identifying upselling opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in managing client relationships, delivering presentations, and representing the company at international events.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and account management systems.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, global organization.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, or Russian.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development (ideally iGaming, tech, or events)
