Key Activities:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key HVACR stakeholders & decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Systems Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, etc.) to ensure effective delivery of value propositions
  • Conduct regular account planning to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Participate in contract and pricing negotiations
  • Conduct regular field visits to better understand customer processes and needs
  • Manage pipeline of opportunities, including recording as required in CRM or other tools
  • Serve as main point of contact for set of assigned accounts; route inquiries as necessary to Customer Success Reps
  • Stay updated on HVACR industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams and regional Sales Managers to identify new prospects

Education & professional Qualifications:

Minimum of university degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical

Requirements and Attributes:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in technical sales management
  • Preferably technical sales in A/C, Refrigeration, with major reputable OEMs, WHS or contractors, or end-users
  • Strong knowledge about Refrigeration systems
  • Able to take initiatives and drive for results
  • Proficiency in English
  • Very independent with minimum supervision

Skills Required

  • University degree in Engineering
  • Preferably degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in technical sales management
