As a Account Manager focusing on Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and cultivating robust relationships with key customers at a country level in India with key focus on large CSP customers. You will actively identify and develop significant business opportunities by understanding customer needs, the competitive landscape, and Nokia’s FWA Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) innovative products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead strategic sales initiatives, contribute to pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts that align with both customer goals and Nokia’s corporate objectives. You will require a strong technical background in FWA and related technologies, coupled with excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills.
Portfolio Business – FWA CPE
You will be reporting to the GSCO sales organization with dotted line to the Portfolio Business (PB) FWA General Manager
Nokia has plans to disinvest the FWA CPE unit in coming quarters
Scope of this position within the NewCO could grow in products and/or responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve financial objectives for large and medium-sized customers for the FWA CPE business.
Identifying and understanding client requirements, pain points, and future needs related to FWA products and solutions.
Fundamental understanding and experience in FWA networks
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives, leveraging industry knowledge to align goals.
Identify and capitalize on significant business opportunities by analyzing customer needs and competitive landscapes.
Lead pricing strategies and contract negotiations to create competitive and innovative offers for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and product offerings, ensuring a competitive edge for Nokia.
Manage complex problem-solving efforts, providing unique sales strategies that distinguish our offers in the market.
Act as the senior sales expert, offering best practices and guidance for the broader organization.
Lead and mentor functional or cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective resource management to meet strategic goals.
Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Must have:
Master’s degree in telecommunications, engineering or business administration with 15+ years of experience.
7-10 years of extensive relevant experience in sales or account management
Possessing a solid understanding of FWA technology, FWA network architecture, and related 3GPP knowledge
Good knowledge of the overall networking solutions and business
Customer relationship management and industry landscape
Cross-cultural communication skills and a global mindset
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
