THE ROLE
Your mission is to create synergy between online and offline fashion retail by supporting and coaching the partner boutiques on respective differences and needs. You will also build strong relationships with boutiques at all levels, while working closely with the wider commercial team in Farfetch, to ensure active engagement of partner boutiques and eventually to drive business results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Influence and drive boutique sales performance by engaging boutiques’ active participation in the partnership with Farfetch, maintaining commercial and operational strategic/tactical plans for each boutique, and turning knowledge into focused action
- optimizing online stock offer (selection, quantity/depth, delivery prioritization etc), markdown planning and inputting, ensuring adherence to promotions and other activities
- regularly conducting business reviews with boutiques to assess full online potential and growth opportunities and support the seasonal forecasting process
- Ensure excellent service to both partners and final customers by driving daily KPIs (e.g. order processing and shipment timelines, price inputting, inventory accuracy, etc)
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experiences in B2B relations, Commercial or Wholesale Management (online and offline) ideally from a retail, brand or wholesale fashion environment – luxury or multi-brand environment will be a plus
- Ability to build relationships with different players in the business
- Outstanding skills in negotiation, combined with strong analytical ability and articulate communications
- Proactive and solution-oriented mentality, with an excellent sense of prioritization and optimization to effectively manage multiple tasks at a fast pace
- Proficiency in Excel and the use of data tools to obtain and/or assess analytical information
- Availability to travel for boutique visits (seasonal) and to the Porto or London offices (depending on needs)
- Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
