As an Account Manager at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you will actively promote the company's product portfolio and services to both existing and new customers.
This position is part of the Sales Department and will cover the dedicated territory of South West Poland including Wroclaw and will be fully remote. You will be part of the sales team and will report to the Sales Manager.

In this role, you will be:

Contacting key customers as part of an active sales cycle to customize Beckman Coulter products

Selling and promoting the company's products. Implement a sales plan to achieve established sales and financial targets

Visiting potential and existing customers
-
Involving technical staff in resolving customer issues and problems as required

Managing a complex sales process where the sales cycle takes years, with many different decision makers

Managing tender opportunities, price quotes
-
Monitoring and analyzing sales and preparing reports

Liaising with local service and other support staff to ensure complete customer satisfaction
The essential requirements of the job include:

Master's degree with focus in medical biochemistry, medical analytics, biotechnology, molecular biology, chemistry and/or pharmacy strongly preferred

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally from the diagnostics business

Solid understanding of tactical sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing and growing existing accounts) strongly preferred in laboratory diagnostics

Highly motivated with a track record of sales success

Excellent time and territory management skills
