Ricoh is looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to manage and expand an established portfolio across Office Print and Managed Print Services (MPS). If you thrive on exceeding targets, uncovering opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

 

In this territory-based role, you'll help customers optimise their print environment, reduce operating costs, and improve business efficiency while positioning Ricoh as their trusted technology partner.

 

What You'll Do
  • Grow and retain an existing portfolio of Managed Print Services customers.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise print fleets, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Drive contract renewals, upgrades, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across IT, Procurement, and Operations.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and solution development to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

To be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, Managed Print Services (MPS), Print Solutions, or Office Technology Sales.
  • Proven success in:
    • B2B sales
    • Account growth and customer retention
    • New business acquisition
    • Territory management
    • Pipeline management and revenue generation
  • Knowledge of Managed Print Services (MPS), Office Print, Multifunction Devices (MFDs), Fleet Optimisation, Cost Per Copy (CPC), Leasing, and Managed Services (highly desirable).
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.
