We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to represent Volvo and Mack Trucks across the North Auckland and Northland region.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage, grow and build strong, long-lasting relationships and uncover new sales opportunities.

The role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Volvo Truck and Bus, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing existing fleet and key customer accounts
  • Identifying new business opportunities across the region
  • Providing tailored transport solutions including new truck sales, finance, service agreements and support packages
  • Building strong relationships with owner-drivers, fleet managers and transport operators
  • Working closely with service and parts teams to ensure exceptional aftersales support
  • Achieving sales targets and maintaining accurate CRM reporting
  • Representing the Volvo and Mack brands professionally in the market

This role covers North Auckland through to Cape Reinga, with regular travel required.

What You Bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience with territory and account planning - we're open to industry
  • Proven track record in hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communicator – both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with MS Office software, and CRM systems .
  • Experience managing large accounts and long sales cycles
  • Financial acumen (pricing, margins etc.)
  • Data analysis (sales forecasting, KPS tracking, reporting)
