The Role

We’re seeking an Expansion Account Manager to own and grow revenue with our existing clients. This role combines account management with sales expertise, driving expansion, upsells, and client success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle for renewals and upsells, ensuring consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Maximize Account Value: Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts by promoting PeerSpot’s suite of solutions and additional services.
  • Consultative Selling: Partner with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and needs, delivering tailored recommendations to maximize their investment in PeerSpot.
  • Renewal Excellence: Lead proactive renewal conversations, address potential risks, and secure long-term commitments.
  • Expand Accounts: Collaborate with clients and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities, influencing key decision-makers to increase adoption across their organizations.
  • Multithreading: Leverage our existing relationships to expand to other business units and foster strategic relationships with marketing and sales executives.
  • Collaborative Execution: Partner with internal teams to align strategies, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

 

Who You Are:

  • Proven Sales Performer: Demonstrated success in sales, and account management focusing on expansion and growth.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets through effective sales strategies and account growth.
  • Strategic Thinker: Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and aligning them with client needs.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Persuasive Communicator: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage pipeline and track performance.
  • Experienced Professional: 3+ years of sales or account management experience, ideally in enterprise technology, SaaS, or marketing services.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets for renewals and upsells.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, resulting in high retention rates.
  • Grow accounts by identifying and closing upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver measurable ROI to clients through thoughtful recommendations and solutions.

  • Competitive compensation, including Base salary $125,000- 175,000$ and performance-based bonuses.
