As a Account Manager/Field Service coordinator, you will look after new and existing customer accounts with a variety of needs. You will build effective relationships with customers to understand future needs. You will help to solve problems and ensure our chemical product line to helps them perform and maintain efficient operations.
As a Account Manager Field Services Specialist, you will be responsible for

Taking ownership for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics

Developing and executing resource plans based on forecasts and region business commitments

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for execution and delivery of customer projects and requirements

Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure success

Communicating and presenting recommendations, project plans to senior business leaders, customers, and other stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or a high school diploma with equivalent, professional experience

Have a comprehensive knowledge of chemical products, application and services

Show knowledge of warehousing or logistics operations

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers, teams and suppliers

Have experience in the Oil & Gas or energy industry

Show good negotiation and influencing skills

Be able to have the flexibility to work late night or on weekends, as needed by client
