YOUR MISSION
As an Account Manager you will play a key role in the Glovo Partners & Brands team. You will be directly handling the relationship with our top partners and you will be responsible for the growth, operational excellence & marketing plans. You will be liaising with the most highly regarded brands, stores, and restaurants in your city.
THE JOURNEY
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews -> Salesforce as a tool for this)
- Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Be proactive and data driven enough in order to improve operational KPIs with partners
- Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promotions, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling).
- Shows planning skills and makes proposals based on available information and quickly notices problems with the partner
- Achieve your Quarterly Targets (Growth, Revenue, Ops, Commercial).Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
- Ensure that Glovo has the best content and become partner's no1 operator by signing preferred partnerships with partners and build long-term marketing plan
- Increase Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling Glovo’s assets
- Understands objections and interests, is able to assume partners' goals and options.
- Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
- Interact with other areas (operations, marketing, finance) to make sure that we are giving best possible service to your partners
- Organize schedule in advance leaving time for deep dive tasks and for meetings with partners
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- At least 3 years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry.
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus.
- Ability to comfortably work in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
- Experience in conducting business presentations and handling sales negotiations.
- Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive); Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent local language and English skills.
- Strong Commercial skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.
