Summary
Responsible for establishing relationships with customers, responding to service requests, and providing support to Account Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Begin to establish post-sales relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers on completed inspections and inquire about need for additional services.
- Assist superintendents with setting up work orders.
- Respond to customer service requests by phone or email.
- Answer incoming calls and direct to correct party.
- Assist account manager with day-to-day tasks.
- Provide assistance to office administrator with daily administrative tasks.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.

Skills Required
