Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Account Manager Trainee to join our team! You will be able to demonstrate positive change and results while working with the sales team. As an Account Manager Trainee, you are the core of building and maintaining relationships with our customers to ensure retention and growth.
The Account Manager Trainee will receive comprehensive training on sales strategies, tailored product messaging, brand management, and educating and engaging consumers on clients’ products.
Essential Functions:
- Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
- Manage developed and existing customer relationships/
- Prepare and present sales information and practical proposals for customers face to face.
- Acquire new business for the client by practicing excellent, friendly customer service and thorough knowledge of the brand and products.
Skills:
- College degree or relevant work experience preferred
- Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus
- Competitive and proactive attitude
- Excellent work ethic
