The Account Manager is a strategic sales professional responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maintain and expand existing business and to find and acquire net new business opportunities. This individual will focus on selling Nokia's comprehensive portfolio of Core Network solutions, which is part of our Mobile Infrastructure business unit. Responsible for customer engagement and overall opportunity management by creating and managing sales relationships across broad customer engineering, product and business groups. Experienced in solution selling, pricing strategies as well as contract negotiations.
The AT&T Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth of Nokia's Core Network solutions within AT&T’s voice and data network, managing all aspects of the customer relationship to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan for AT&T, aligning Nokia's Core Networks portfolio with their strategic network evolution and business needs.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas for Core Network solutions, including associated software and services.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across AT&T’s engineering, operations, procurement, and executive teams.
- Opportunity Identification & Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities, understand customer requirements, and position Nokia's solutions effectively to address their challenges.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with pre-sales engineering, product management, and professional services teams to develop and present compelling technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Lead complex sales negotiations, manage contract terms, and ensure successful deal closure.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing large, complex accounts.
- Deep understanding of Core Network technologies (Cloud/Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), 5G Core, Packet Core, 4G/LTE/VoLTE, IP MultiMedia Subsystem (IMS), Multimedia Messaging, VoIP/VoLTE/VoNR)..
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer financial drivers and build compelling business cases.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
