We are looking for a Account Manager System Integrator who will oversee and coordinate all sales and implementation of marketing activities for a significant client or specific client group – Partner 1TIER and System Integrator.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen business relationship with the assigned account.
- Guiding Partner/SI in building complex project, trough brand’s solution;
- Responsible for utilizing and planning investments to maximize business performance return on investment;
- Responsible for the achievement of the Sell-on budget of the assigned account(s) and subsequent tasks required to manage the account and achieving the set targets;
- Monitor and analyze the Account data (sell-out, stock, internal share, shelve share etc.) and optimize continuous business performance;
- Set and implement a full account plan including all sales and marketing activities for the whole year, shared and committed to by the account(s);
- Focus on Central Italy.
Qualifications
Skill required:
Education: Degree in economics
Experience: 5 years experience in the role (indirect sales)
Language: good knowledge of English Language.
What we offer:

- The position is classified at level 1 or Quadro of the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for employees of companies in the tertiary sector of distribution and services, CNEL code H011.
The gross annual salary for the role ranges between 55.000 and 60.000 euros.
The determination of the final starting salary within this range will be agreed upon taking into account the company’s organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective, gender-neutral criteria such as: professional qualifications and experience, level of knowledge or skills held, as well as the scope and level of responsibility of the position offered.
The offered position also include access to a variable compensation component of up to 18.000 euros, based on the terms and conditions set out in the applicable company incentive scheme.
Additional benefits and allowances may also be granted in accordance with applicable regulations, the relevant CCNL and the company policies and programs in force at the start date of employment.
