YOUR MISSION

Operations are fundamental to Glovo business. We are currently building a strong team to re-invent how we want to create the most efficient solutions with our 3rd Party Logistics Partners - 3PLs.

Be a key role in developing the 3PL relationship in Poland and find ways to improve the quality and scale up the solutions. Analyse partners operational performance, profitability and growth. Have a real impact on seamingless operations to deliver the best possible quality for our end-users.

THE JOURNEY

 

  • Design and optimize the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) framework, defining the right next steps for each partner.

  • Support the Legal and Operations teams through diligent and meticulous management of 3PL and rider documentation, ensuring full compliance with labor regulations.

  • Develop processes and long-term projects to improve the efficiency of the 3PL setup, reporting directly to the Courier Ops & 3PL Manager and Head of Ops.

  • Identify industry trends and act proactively to outperform competitors, with a focus on rider experience.

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to guarantee the best possible user experience and position Glovo as the favorite delivery app for both riders and customers in Poland.

  • Oversee daily relationships with 3PL partners, managing their requests and ensuring an optimal rider supply.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast paced and demanding environment (e.g. consulting, tech industry).

  • Experience in the delivery or on-demand industry is considered a plus.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills - mixing good vibes with relentless focus to put Glovo objectives as priority.

  • Proficiency with Google Suite (or Microsoft Office).

  • Fluency in Polish and English.

  • Strong analytical skills with a results oriented, autonomous, and efficient mindset.

  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.

  • Capacity to approach situations from different perspectives and propose creative solutions

  • Persuasive communicator, with attention to detail and evidence based reasoning.

  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a strong commitment to getting the job done.
