Starting Salary Range: $92k-$102k
Responsible for leading and managing the Account Management team ensuring high-quality service and driving key initiatives that directly enhance client satisfaction and retention. Develops and builds strong working relationships with clients and works cross functionally to ensure exceptional service.

Essential job functions (include the following):
- Lead Account management team ensuring delivery of outstanding client support and service.
- Oversee client escalation issues for account management team. Collaborates with operations, elevating high level issues through the organization for complete resolution.
- Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with clients earning trust and credibility by consistently delivering exceptional service, support and expertise.
- Responsible for overseeing the training and orientation to customers during facility implementation, to include pharmacy processes and supporting E-MAR when utilized
- Provides oversight and participate in business reviews with client leadership ensuring comprehensive presentation of business deliverables and value-added services.
- Ensure account management team adheres to documentation standards in SalesForce CRM system. This includes tracking of activities, tasks, and contacts with clients.
- Actively assess and develop plans to address/optimize areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness in terms of client support and service
- Responsible for assessing, developing, and maintaining educational offerings for facility partners based on changing market needs.
- Participate in cross functional planning for accounts at risk or postmortem plans for accounts lost. Partner internally with pharmacy leadership to develop strategies to avoid further losses in the future.
- Oversee and assist in vaccination clinics and projects (COVID and Flu)
- Recruit, develop, engage and retain top talent and maintain a high-performing team.
- Process payroll and approve all expense reports for team
- Support and participate in local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and assist in business development efforts.
- Maintain expertise regarding current health care and pharmacy industry standards of practice, regulations, changes and clinical skill needed to support clients.
- Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed
Education and/or Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- RN preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience; experience working in long term care pharmacy and/or institutional patient care setting, such as assisted living or skilled nursing home, preferred
- Previous experience with team management in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent client facing skills with ability to present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced computer skills, including excel, word and PowerPoint required
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
- Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines

Work Environment:
- Ability to routinely travel within assigned territory, predominantly ground travel in state or throughout multi-state area based on client territory and business needs.
