About Wolt

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

At Wolt, we’re building the future of retail — and our Enterprise Supermarkets team plays a critical role in shaping how the largest retail chains operate and grow on our platform.
We are looking for a Retail Development Specialist to join a senior team managing Wolt’s most strategic supermarket partnerships in Israel. This is not a traditional sales role — it is a highly operational, analytical, and partner-facing position focused on driving performance, improving processes, and leading strategic retail partnerships end-to-end.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise supermarket partners, acting as the main business owner for each account. You will work closely with store teams, operational stakeholders, and senior HQ management to improve performance, solve operational challenges, and drive sustainable growth across the partnership.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own the end-to-end management and development of strategic enterprise supermarket accounts on Wolt.
  • Analyze business and operational performance to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Lead proactive operational improvement initiatives with field stakeholders such as pickers, store managers, and operations teams, focusing on topics like picking times, rejection reasons, availability, and fulfillment quality.
  • Conduct trainings and onboard partners on Wolt’s operational tools, workflows, and advanced platform capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at partner headquarters, including leading quarterly business reviews and strategic discussions.
  • Drive commercial and marketing initiatives together with partners, including campaigns, assortment optimization, storefront visibility, and growth opportunities.
  • Handle complex escalations and coordinate cross-functional problem solving, including cases involving technical or operational issues.
  • Conduct regular visits to supermarket branches across Israel to support operational excellence and partner success.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics using BI and analytics tools, translating data into actionable business insights.
Our humble expectations
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or similar partner-facing operational roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Advanced Excel skills — ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive decisions independently.
  • Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both field teams and senior management.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field — mandatory.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
What we offer
  • A unique opportunity to join one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies and shape the future of retail.
  • Exposure to strategic enterprise partnerships and large-scale retail operations.
  • A highly impactful role with ownership, autonomy, and visibility across the organization.
  • Hands-on learning, supportive teammates, and strong growth opportunities.
  • Great benefits and a collaborative work environment.
