We’re now looking for an experienced Account Manager – Strategic Partnerships to own and grow a high‑value portfolio of strategic Trade and Corporate partnerships across the UKEMEA region.

This is a commercially influential role where you’ll drive revenue, yield and long‑term customer value in a highly competitive international aviation market — while representing one of the world’s most iconic airline brands at a pivotal moment in its evolution.

In this role, you’ll shape and deliver account strategies that convert opportunity into sustainable partnerships, leading complex commercial negotiations and aligning activity across Qantas and alliance partners to achieve shared objectives. You’ll bring a strong external lens, using market and competitive insight to inform priorities, building sales capability across your portfolio, representing Qantas confidently at industry forums, and operating with the highest standards of governance and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience in sales, account management and strategic partnerships, ideally within aviation, travel or a complex commercial environment
  • A strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive revenue growth and retain business
  • Confident negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
  • Well‑developed business planning and account management capability
  • High level of autonomy, organisation and remote working effectiveness
  • Solid understanding of the UKEMEA airline and travel market
  • Strong IT capability, including MS Office and Salesforce
