Join Axis in an exciting sales role within our Northern and Eastern European Sales Region!

We are now looking to fill the opening of Account Manager – Sweden. If you are passionate about pure relationship-driven sales, working with innovative and qualitative technology – you are exactly what we are looking for!

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll be driving sales growth, support and expand mid-size partner accounts within Sweden. You'll be the go-to person for sales activities, and responsible for developing sales across various business segments within a portfolio of around 30 accounts. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new business and managing top active partners, promoting Axis solutions with enthusiasm and expertise. You'll be out in the field, building relationships with current and potential partners through a variety of activities such as partner meetings, site surveys, seminars, trainings, webinars, and events. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on sales growth and build long-lasting relationships with partners.

  • Identifies and manages strategic partners ensuring their sales teams are trained to a high standard and develops clear business plans for selected accounts and makes revenue grow.
  • Has strong focus on being in the field, spends at least 70% of the time needed in the field to educate strategic partners
  • Takes responsibility for supporting with trainings and partner events
  • Coaches and trains partners on new tools and / or new solutions launched to approach the Axis End to End solution market
  • Acts as an advisor in the communication towards an end customer
  • Follows ASM standards in all business meetings to insure ROI
  • Is a bearer of Axis company culture

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be reporting to Frida Hjortronsteen, Territory Sales Manager - Sweden. As of today, Frida has a team of open, driven, and strong salespeople in different roles. You will work with the whole sales organization in the Nordics, including Key Account Managers, Sales Engineers and Technical Trainers. In addition to sales, you will also work closely with marketing - always ensuring that partners in our region are getting the right attention and are properly covered.

Who We're Looking For

We seek a self-driven, energetic team player with strong analytical and communication skills, experienced in B2B sales, negotiations, and customer contact. You should have a proven track record of sales and relationship building.

Apart from this, we’d love to see that you have/are:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Advanced MS Office user
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken
  • A communicator with high interpersonal skills
  • A proactive individual who possesses the ability to prioritize and create efficiency
  • Willing to travel to our partners across Sweden
